"I have had movers move me about 4 times and this is the first time I can say NOTHING was damaged. The guys arrived on time were beyond professional in how they treated us and in how they handled the items to be moved. All the furniture was wrapped in blankets and plastic wrap, gently removed from the home, placed with care in the truck and unpacked with the same care and skill at the new residence. I was actually very surprised when the fianl bill came in...so reasonable for all that work. "Met me at old place, protected all furnishings well and loaded truck in the prescribed order. Proceeded to storage facility where they somehow managed to arrange furniture in such a way to (safely) fit it all in one unit. Then on to new residence where most of the remaining furnishings were unloaded/arranged (and rearranged). Manfully tried to get sleeper sofa into den, but doorway too small to accommodate. Alternate placement thought of (by them). More furnishings loaded onto truck and on to Salvation Army where they unloaded and we settled up. They were very professional, engaging and thorough. The owner, Demetrius, was so polite and cordial when he came to give us his estimate. All of his men were, too. He gave us his price, and stuck to it in the end. We paid him more because all of his workers were so good. They worked all day, longer than they had anticipated for the move. I think my one thing would be to have them wear booties or something, as the floors got a little dirty, but I would hire them again when I move again.
